Looking to Lose 45lbs

I am 22 and a mother of 2. My husband is currently serving a tour in Afghanistan. I coach cheerleading and volunteer for the Marine Corps. I also work from home by partnering with a wellness company. I have "let myself go" and I want the old me back! Look forward to making progress.

My Goals:
1. I am looking to lose at least three sizes by June 2010. My husband comes home and I cannot wait to see his face ; )
2. Cook meals with more nutritional value as opposed to "the quick fix"
3. Get out and enjoy being a stay at home mom, be more active with my little ones.
4. Strengthen my relationship with the Lord.

My Program:
1. Following the meal plan, to a T!
2. Daily exercise. MWF Muscle strengthening/cardio, TH walking/cardio with the kids, Sat Cheerleading ; )
I also bought the P90X system I would like to FINALLY open the box (5 months later)
3. Remember Through God ALL things ARE possible.
4. Make "MY" program enjoyable and not just work.
5. Cannot wait to meet new people! This site is awesome...

Personal Information:
I am very outgoing and love to help. I volunteer with my husbands unit and I help out at my local church. I love my kids and am glad I have more time to spend with them. I love the outdoors. Camping, fishing, hiking, cheerleading, horseback riding, canoeing, landscaping and the list goes on. I am an "out of the house" person, I look forward to getting out and seeing what is available activities wise.

Other Information:
"The will of God will never take you where the grace of God will not protect you"

I would like to invite you to join the Spring Biggest Loser Challenge!
If you're interested, go to this page: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_
individual.asp?gid=25339#team_goals

It is to the BLC All Team page. The Spring sign up thread is the second thread in the General Discussion Forum. Just add your name to the list

I'm on the Turquoise Titans Team!
If you want to be on Turquoise, you need to add that beside your names
Patty picks those who indicate a specific team to place first.

I hope to see you there!

Welcome to Sparkpeople!

I didn't know the Marine's saying was "OORAH!"
In the Army, we say, "HOOAH!" emoticon

Made my day to see THAT!

I'd like to invite you to join a study I'm leading on Sparkpeople,
"Putting On a Gentle & Quite Spirit."
The link to the team is on my sparkpage.

I spent this past week with extended family;
refered to by SOME as "The OUT-laws." {smile}

LONG STORY shorter: I was able to maintain a "Gentle & Quiet Spirit" because of things I recently "GLEAMED" from that study.

Thank you for serving our country as you support your MAN, and his unit.

{{{HOOAH!}}}
