Hi! My name is Lori. I am a wife and mom of 3 + 4 pugs. I enjoy doing just about anything out doors with my family.
I have let stress, work, family and self hate bring me down the past 2 months which resulted in a 7 pound weight gain. I'm finally fighting back and taking charge of my own destiny (which does NOT include being OBESE or OVERWEIGHT). I'm making new goals, setting new standards to live by and making time for just ME.
Progress:
November 1-2010- 216 Starting weight
December 1-2010- 206- DONE 10lbs
January 1-2011- 198- DONE 18lbs
February 1-2011- 186- DONE 30lbs
March 1-2011- 185-DONE 31lbs
June 1-2011- 192- Getting back on track!

My Goals:
Very simple...to never give up, always get back up if I have a bad day and be constantly moving.


My Program:
5 days a week workout. Tracking my nutrtion daily (this is a MUST). Cardio 60 min a day except the days I use the weights and then it 45 min.



Personal Information:
I am from the great state of GA. I have a very supportive & loving husband, 3 great kids (ages 13,11 & 2 years old) & lets not forget I also have 4 of the cutest little Pugs.


Other Information:
I love reading,biking and hiking. I have not hiked since putting on all this weight but I totally plan on it this Spring.
