My Goals:
My goal is to get down into single digit pant sizes. :) I don't like to count by pounds for a goal, because people carry weight differently.

Other Information:
There aren't always reasons behind the stuff we go through in life, but the things without logic sometimes shape us more than the things we can explain
away with supporting evidence.

You CAN do it! and look 9 pounds in only 2 weeks! 3 3 year olds will keep you plenty active I'm sure, I have a teenager and a 2 year old and they definitely keep me on my toes! Keep up the great work, and if you need anything, just send me a message.

not too bad here, just looking around for a little sign of my sanity! at least that helps burn off some calories, lol.

You're welcome. I had a very poor relationship with my own mom pretty much all my life so I know the complex feelings I had - anger and sorrow, wanting approval I never got, and all the rest. It took a very long time for me to believe in myself, but if I can - you can. I made poor life choices and was able to move past those... I believe they were a result of that early relationship. Having a child gave me motivation to examine how I felt, and to work to change it. I no longer struggled against my mother (though as I said, this took a number of years), but found my own path, and learned to believe in me so that my daughter could believe in herself. You can give this to your kids, too. It takes insight and courage and the ability (and strength) to be able to reach out for help. You've done that! Onward :) WE can do this. We ARE.

Carol

WOW - you must have your hands full! I've been on here for a few months and just got the courage and motivation to walk into the gym yesterday - so, if you need someone to talk to just let me know!
