My Program:
I plan to eat 1200 cal/ day. Divide into 3 meals and 1 snacks. Concentrate on fat and carb intake. Incorporate cardio and strength training into my exercise

Hi I'm Brandy. I'm a new graduate nurse with my BSN from UNCP. I'm recently married in Aug. 2010. After the wedding and moving in I've gained almost 40 lbs. It's a new year with a new start and I plan to get back to losing the weignt that i had almost gotten rid of. This time I plan to do it in order just to be happy. I enjoy country music and oldies. I LOVE romance movies and comedies. I enjoy laughing. Look forward to everything life has to offer.
