I had actually lost 26 lbs but then , I dont know what I did wrong..I gain some back. Now I am losing weight again but I wont post until I have kept it off for at leasta month. Then I will know that I am doing something right.
Hey ya'll I've got good news and bad news. The bad news is that I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalsia....I ache and hurt all the time and taking medicine puts me to sleep and exercising is difficult because the soreness from exercising is compounded with the pain I already have on my bad days so I'll have to exercise on my good days. THE GOOD NEWS is I purchased a used car (5 speed--yeah that's right a stick shift) so I won't have that horrible commuter bus ride from Baltimore to DC everyday and back...also I found out that driving a 5 speed car for 2 hours every day ( I actually drive more when the traffic is backed up) allows me to burn approximately 576 calories per day!
