After numerous attempts I am finally ready to create my own success story through eating right and exercising!
I am DONE with being a fun, energetic and active girl stuck in a big girl's body who has no energy! I am turning 30 this year and want to start living for me!

Where I’m at:

DONE with the muffin top!

DONE with being afraid I won’t fit into my favorite roller coaster!

DONE with setting a BAD example for my son!

DONE with being a hypocrite to my husband (um, nagging about his unhealthy habits)!

DONE with the back fat!

DONE with the excuses!

DONE with being okay with a size 22!

I am DONE with being trapped in this body and am READY to live the way the girl inside wants me to live!!!

My Goals:
1. To have a healthy relationship with food
2. To be a size 12 (or smaller)
3. To be more active and energetic
4. To set a healthy example for my child(ren) and husband

My Goals:
I have re-thought and reconfigured my goals so many times but I truly feel that now I know what I want. Yes, a small pant size will be awesome! Yes, a lower number on the scale will be great too!

But, above all, I want to be happy with myself. To know that I am taking care of what the good Lord has given me. That it won't make me tired to just think of what I need to do but that I will do it and still have plenty of energy left!

My husband has poor health from not making the best choices; I want to be there for him and vice versa... and we both want to be there for our son.

Losing the weight is just part of it - I am ready for the whole shebang. Watch out Onederland, here I come! Watch out roller coasters, I will not be afraid I won't fit! And goodbye size 22s, hello size 12s :)

My Program:
I am working out- Cardio- 5-6 times a week; strength training 2-3 times a week.

Re-learning how to eat and do it healthy and within my calorie range. Also concentrating on portion control and emotional eating!

Looking forward to Spring where I can expand my exercise to the outdoors...

Personal Information:
I am a 29 and ½ year old quite fluffy married mom to one with two stepchildren who, for years, has been wanting to be a quite healthy and sexy wife and mom! I live in the beautiful state of PA with said hubby and son and when I am not thinking about being thin I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time with my family.

    Wow! It has been a while :) Weight is coming off SLLLLLOOOOOWLY, but I'm patient! Onederland is great...although, I find that after I've been here for a few weeks, I'm now hungering for the next obstacle!

    Also, one downside, I've noticed the baby belly that's going to need fixing...and boobs...they are getting smaller. I'm in a B cup, down from a full C!!!! Disappointing, but part of the process.

    Glad you came back!! What's the word on your progress?

    Hey there!!! :-) Welcome to the Couch to 5K team! I loved reading your intro.... I moved to Greece in June and it's hard adjustment.. But we've got to remember that we have all the strength inside us and ALL the support here on SP!

    OMGosh!! You CAN do it!!! I see you are doing it!!!

    Yes, we started in the same place....and it took A LOT. I'm single so I didn't really have a family to feed (except my daughter) and I was lucky enough to have a girlfriend that exercised, encouraged me with every pound lost, and cooked healthy.

    I don't like going to work out...I don't like trying to get my body to perform, but I had to become more goal oriented and stop concentrating on the weight ALL THE TIME or else I would get frustrated. Feels good when I can bike 20 miles and want to do more (and that's better than last week) will offset the fact I haven't lost a pound in TWELVE DAYS.

    So, little steps my friend...and you will get there!

    Thanks for your comments on my page and well done on your weight lost so far!! Keep at it and before you know it you'll be on here motivating other people too!! Just remember that not every day has to be perfect, but if you try to make 5/7 good days, the weight will come off and more importantly you will feel great about yourself! This is the biggest change in me so far - being happy with how I look and feeling fabulous about myself - even though I'm still in the obese ranges!! It's all about the attitude girl!!     Hey! Thanks for stopping by my page and congrats on your progress! My secret is walking atleast 6miles a week, rarely eating over 1200 calories,gliding on the gazelle, and trading ALL pop&tea for atleast 68oz of water a day! It may sound difficult but we can all do it!!! emoticon (yay for you and your cardio)

    And GOALS (i.e time goals) for me have really kept me committed to this thing. I started out setting goals that I was more comfortable with but I knew that in the end I wanted to be 145 lbs. So i set diff goals for diff dates w/diff special rewards emoticon KEEP UP THE GREAT ATTITUDE AND CARDIO!
