My name is Kate and forever and ever I have been wanting to lose ten to fifteen pounds. I'm 59, and still want to lose that weight. I enjoy working out (lifting weights along with cardio) and typically do 5 - 6 days a week. Even with that, there is no loss in weight. I try to eat protein, fruits, veggies, and whole grains. I am a semiretired ultrasound technician living half a year in Illinois and half in Florida allowing my husband and I to enjoy our passion. Riding our motorcycles. We love camping and exploring the country on our bikes. We have a fairly active life. Health and fitness has always been important to me. My Goals:
My goal is to lose the weight and be in better shape and healthier at 59 than ever before. Age is only a number!
My Program:
I mostly do supersets Day 1 - 4 different sets of chest and 3 of biceps Day 2 - 4 different sets of back and 3 of triceps Day 3 - 7 different sets of legs and 3 shoulders Day 4 - 5 different cores Day 5 - 2 set of chest and back (different than earlier in the week) Daily - sit ups 3 sets of 25 (I vary these daily) Three times a week - 3 sets of squats Cardio - at least a 30 minutes a day when I am lifting and 45 minutes on my off day and also on a core day(depending on how I feel, I take 1 -2 days off to rest
Personal Information:
My main residence is in the Chicago area but we spend the winters in Florida. I share my passion of motorcycle riding and exercise with my wonderful husband. My other passion is relaxing with a good glass of Pinot Noir. I'm also a grandmother of two wildly active grandkids. My granddaughter just turned 15 and my grandson will soon be 8!
