Almost there!
Over the past year, I have lost 90+ pounds. At my largest I was 310. I am now about 180. It can be done! I have renewed my goal to be at 160 by June 09.

My Goals:
To lose weight and be healthy. To fit into clothes that aren't hideously awful. *Check. Love the Hugo. Progress: lost 90+ pounds since December 2007 gone through several changes of size still have a bit of middle to get rid of
My Program:
Doing cardio 30 minutes most every day. Strength training 3x a week Hired a trainer Watching everything I eat
Personal Information:
I'm originally from the South, but moved to the Northwest after college. The long, dark winters caused my metabolism to tank and I work a sedentary job, so in the first few years I balooned from 190 to 300. Eventually the 300 settled down to around 270 and for the last 5 years I had fluctuated between 255 and 270.
