Oh the motivation thing is hard to come by, isn't it? I've been slacking for the past two weeks, but planning to head to the gym tonight after work! I was so motivated only a month ago, and really need to get back into the groove. :) So awesome on you hitting the gym last week, that's so great!!

it's just one of those things...i know what ih ave to do but every once in a while i splurge. and i know it's ok to splurge but when i do i go big...it was one of those things where the pack of cookies were laying on the ground and i was like "ok becky, no more than four." and just while assembling the prom centerpieces and talking with everyone i look over and it's half empty. i couldn't believe it. I just have the hardest time losing weight so it's so frustrating when i have such a set back like this. but thank you for the advice, it does help :-D 3404 days ago
