I am currently an Office Manager at Estates Landscaping in Ohio. I love my new job, and I have reached a few milestones that have helped me decide that I am determined to stay on track with this lifestyle change this time. I am excited about my ability to design websites and I have been successfully achieving my weekly goals for a couple of weeks now. The main issue that got me back on track is my back hurting very badly just from walking and running less than half a mile. I have been sucessfully tracking my calories for about two weeks, and I am looking forward to overcoming challenges on this July 4th weekend.

My Goals:
I want to keep prepping lunches at the beginning of the week and chopping up fruits and veggies to make them easy to grab and go.

My Program:
I'm tracking everything I'm eating so that I don't go over my calorie budget. If I don't have time to do this, I am putting x's on my calendar for days I workout, and o's for days I eat properly.

Other Information:
I am having difficulty doing things I enjoy because of plantar fascitis. Any ideas on how to remedy this? I stretch as much as possible but I sit at least 80% of the day every day and there are no ways around that.

Oh the motivation thing is hard to come by, isn't it? I've been slacking for the past two weeks, but planning to head to the gym tonight after work! I was so motivated only a month ago, and really need to get back into the groove. :) So awesome on you hitting the gym last week, that's so great!!

And yes, accountability and checking in really does help on this. :)

it's just one of those things...i know what ih ave to do but every once in a while i splurge. and i know it's ok to splurge but when i do i go big...it was one of those things where the pack of cookies were laying on the ground and i was like "ok becky, no more than four." and just while assembling the prom centerpieces and talking with everyone i look over and it's half empty. i couldn't believe it. I just have the hardest time losing weight so it's so frustrating when i have such a set back like this. but thank you for the advice, it does help :-D
