HI! I'm a thirty two year old mother who has always been a little overweight but has seem my weight steadily climb form 160 to 230 over the last ten years. Im scared of drastic diet changes and seem to rebel after a few weeks of dieting, though exercise has never been a problem. I work three 12 hour night shifts a week which makes it hard to diet because I have to transition meal plans from nights to days.
