Getting off the sidelines and back into Life.
I started my journey on here just over a year ago. I was wanting to get in shape for my wedding. Life and such threw me curves and I didn't reach all my goals but I reached a whole lot. Sure it would be great to wear a awesome swim suit this year during the summer, but my real goal is to get healthy and be happy with me. I've made so many changes since joining. I work out more, I make better food choices, I drink water all the time. I find I don't have time to sit around and ...

Sure it would be great to wear a awesome swim suit this year during the summer, but my real goal is to get healthy and be happy with me. I've made so many changes since joining. I work out more, I make better food choices, I drink water all the time. I find I don't have time to sit around and watch t.v. while stuffing my face with junk. The best part is, I'm a RUNNER now. That's right, you might not think that I would be but I am. Every day is a choice, I can make great healthy ones or I can go the other way. It's my choice no one else's. That being said if I decide to splurge good for me. Food is no longer in control of me and my life.
