Walk 30 minutes every day (even if I do in 10 min increments)

Eat 3 fruits and 4 veggies a day

Eat fish 3 x wk

I live in a suburb of Mpls, MN.



Other Information:
I bought a Nook and now I can read while I use the bike at the gym.

I find my gym very boring so I hope the Nook will help.

I guess you are from US - and I don't think kangaroo is much, if at all supplied there - but any other game (if you can get it), could be good - or just try it with beef or chicken, but check the nutritional count. Can you get a high protein, low fat low carb sausage (we have one her made with beef that is kosher - try your butcher maybe )??

Thanks for your comments on my blog.
It really is a case of lack of understanding - some of the comments one gets - and really just have to be accepted.
The mobility issues with the scooter are something people never realise - the carrying, checking there are ramps not stairs, checking the lift is big enough, checking ramps have no sharp bends, are wide wnough etc it just goes on and all has to be checked before going away -
I also hope that it motivates maybe an odd person to lose weight before they get problems.
