My Goals:
I want to lose these last 20-25 lbs by my Dominican Republic trip in May! I also want to feel healthier overall so that I may recover from on ongoing injury quicker and get back to my dancing !

My Program:
I am walking daily 30-45 minutes and am starting to add weights to my program this week.
