Thank you for checking out my page! I know exactly what you mean by lossing yourself and every time you step on the scale after you gave up on yourself for periods of time just pulled you further down (this is what happened to me), but there was hope. i may only be down 12lbs right now, but im working on the things that made me..me. and yes video games rock!!! looking forward to the new GOD of War. lol feel free to message me anytime!

I saw you in the Got Goth?! team. I love your page background! A few hints to help you with your hurdles:

1) Look online and see if you can find healthy fast-food recipies. They taste just as good, but are generally better for you than the alternative.

2) You don't have to spend hours at the gym. Even a 5 minute walk can help. Park one spot further out than the closest spot in a parking lot, or park and walk up instead of taking the drive thru at fast-food places or ATMs. Every little bit helps!

3) Snacking throughout the day is fine, as long as you make sure you have healthy and filling snacks. Veggies and hummus, caramel rice cakes, granola, greek yogurt, even fresh fruit!
