Hi I am 42 years old . I want to lose weight and tone up. I had 5 big babies, last 2 were c-sections so it kind of wrecked havoc on my midsection. I work a fulltime job where I sit all day so most of my exercise is after work or weekends. I have used WW in the past and it helped to keep track of info so thought this would be a great way to do this since I don't have alot of time to go to meetings. I had diabetes while I was pregnant and had to take insulin with my last two children so I am at higher risk to develop the disease as I get older. Since I want to lower my risk I need to lose weight and get healthy.

would like to lose 58 pounds by sept 19 2010. set 6 goals, 10 pounds at a time dont want to just lose weight but also get toned.

My Program:
working out at least 30 min a day at home doing shred, pilates, yaga, walking, ball exercises and crunches, Watching my calorie intake and drinking lots of water.



Personal Information:
I have 5 children ranging in ages from 12 to 20, 4 boys and 1 girl. Have 1 granddaughter who is 2 years old.


Other Information:
Like to read true crime and mystery books. I like making my own jewelry. Dont watch alot of tv but like movies, discovery channel and animal planet. Like learning new things.
