I wasn't always the fat chick but she has found me. I ran track and cross country in jr high and high school and then a year after I graduated I joined the Marines. With the constant go, go, go there wasn't really any where for the pounds to creep up. I got out of the Marines, got married, had a kid, and found lots of pounds. I signed up for SP 5 or 6 months ago but didn't really do anything with it. Finally I decided I was done being the fat chick *there's a team check it out* when I saw the photos that were taken at my daughters 2nd birthday. I don't know how I let it come to this. I have no medical condition to blame anything on, just myself. I need to get up, get active, and get healthy.

*workout at least 10 minutes everyday
*have fingers skinny enough to wear my wedding band
*get my flat stomach back
*run 3 miles with no walking
*lose 70-75 pounds
*tone up my arms

My Program:
Bikram Yoga when I'm able to drive the 1 1/2 hours to the studio
Zumba T/Th
Cardio machines 2-3 times a week
30 day Shred every other day
Strength training at home 2-3 times a week using stability ball, dumbbells, and resistance band. Thinking about a trainer to workout at the gym to make sure I am using the machines correctly.
