I have decided that I want to be a loser and looser.

I want to lose weight and have looser clothes than what I have now. I have taken the first steps to change my life. I am eating healthier and have joined a gym!

My Goals:
My long term goal is to get down to a reasonable weight. I would like to shoot for 125 but would be happy if I get to 135 - 140.

I want to look better and feel better!

My Program:
I eat generally a low gluten diet. My husband is a celiac but I still eat some stuff that he can't.

I go to the gym between 6 and 7 times a week. I am really enjoying it and it makes my day. When I don't go, I feel like a slug...lol.
