Saw your comment on Jen's cruise blog post and thought I'd mention that I'd love to have active excursions IN ADDITION to vigorous exercise like spinning.
It's just too hard to get my heart going enough while doing recreational activities like kayaking or bicycling. They are low-key fun things I definitely like to do, but in a social context wouldn't provide enough of a calorie burn on their own to maintain my preferred level of fitness. 1940 days ago

I think the hardest part is actually getting something started!! Joining SP has helped a lot on keeping me motivated and tracking everything. Once I start I really dont want to stop, but once I stop I have a hard time starting it again. Since I started I have not taken one day. Even if it is 20 mins I have to do something. We are going camping in a few weeks and that will really test me when I get back. I am hoping since I am aware of my issue it wont be an issue. I know you can meet your first goal of 15lbs. I hope you will find a workout or a challenge that you will love and the more you do the better you feel and the more you will want to do. Eating right also helps a lot!!
