I am in charge of how I feel & today I am choosing happiness!!

I love jumping off of the performance treadmill and learning to love who I Am, as I Am, where I Am! That is what this journey is truly about for me now. 1. Focus on loving myself as the amazing and beautiful woman I am

2. Maintaining a daily routine of honoring my body through great food, movement, rest and positivity

3. Establish an early morning daily exercise routine.

DAILY:
~A meditation
~a walk
~A nap
~Sleep 8 hours
~ Take supplements
~70+ grams protein day

~meet my daily goals most of the month
~Celebrate my journey with a reward day
