Hey you! I am relaxing tonight! After the last two days, and the fact that I'm already over my calories burned goal for the week by 400 calories or so (with two days left to burn more!), I decided I've earned a day off. :) I'm laying in bed with a book and planning to read until I fall asleep - hopefully very soon!

Thank you so much for your encouragement and support! It's people like you that make Sparkpeople a wonderful community. Just stay positive and don't sweat the small stuff and you will reach your goals. I've found that if I set several small goals within my journey, it is much easier to stick with the program. For example, going a week without touching the break room candy drawer or not having any diet soda. You can do it! 1651 days ago
