    Next to where it says breakfast on your nutrition tracker it list
    CALORIES CARBS FAT PROTEIN The amount of each of these is listed under and lines up with each food you have eaten. You are looking for food with higher protein number and a lower fat number

    I looked at your food log. You are actually doing quite well. You are staying in your calorie range. You do need to increase your protein some. Try to have some protein with each meal or snack. Make little changes like having peanut butter instead of jam on your bread or crackers or a glass of milk with your snack or meal

    Hi Jackie,
    I have been limiting my carbs, but I will reintroduce them. I do believe that everything in moderation is the best way to go, but for me, for some reason the carbs make the weight stick! Try the everything in moderation first and see how it goes. Stay within your calorie range and exercise and I'm sure you will see results. Keep me posted!!!

    Jackie, I saw your comment...you can click on Menu plan if you want SP to tell you what to eat and when. You can find this on your Start tab, then click on Nutrition.
