Losing It!

It's been a long and amazing trip on the road to getting fit and flexible. From avoiding PE like the plague growing up, to riding hundreds of miles with a cycling team the metamorphosis has been an incredible learning process. Being fit and active is so much more than a way to lose weight, it's a religion!

It's pivotal in having a healthy, happy and productive life!

My Goals:
To finish my lifelong goal of being fit & flexible, give back to the universe helping others find happiness, confidence and laughter.

Soon to come...develop my artwork, find an eclectic little town, buy a nice little cottage near water for kayaking , mountains for skiing , great bike paths, (away from traffic please!) expand my great group of friends and keep snuggling with my kitties.

My Program:
I work out 3 to 5 times a week and try to change it up.

I'm a Paleo Program addict and LOVE IT!

From St.Louis, but spent a good amount of time in Santa Barbara, Europe, Japan, Louisiana, Texas, Vermont and currently Oregon.

Other Information:

I used to exercise once in a BlueMoon, but I am getting better. Join the SparkArtists group. The same attitudes that prevent us from losing weight are the same things that prevent us from expressing ourselves artistically. Push yourself artistically and it seems to open up your self confidence and self image, AND VICE VERSA! TEE

Thanks for stopping by my page! I wish that was me! LOL. I too have arthritis in my hip (and back). I do two other programs from Beachbody; Turbo Jam and ChaLEAN Extreme. You can modify these things you know and still get great results. Haven't quite worked up to P90X though. That's a tough program. Let me know if you decide to get any of these. Beachbody has others too. Including P90 which was the precursor to P90X (and not as tough)
