Welcome to My World

So i decided that blogs may hold me accountable, but they are way too public. So I'll "blog" here instead.

Monday.

So I'm over today by 550 calories.

I have the rest of the week to make this up. But it's going to be kind of a pain.

On the plus side, I am really enjoying the Emmys tonight!

I kind of binge ate tonight. Not surprising after weigh in. i have to be good for the next week. That's ok. Just paying dues.

My Goals:
- lose 20 lbs. by the end of October

- I've slowly increased my workout times; I'm starting to see some really positive results

- I read an article in Prevention that said I should be getting at least 90 g of protein a day. I am lucky to hit 60. So my next goal is to really get that protein up without sacrificing calories.


- Try to get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep.


My Program:
- Steadily increase my activity level


-3 days on; rest 1 day.

I am a 47 year old mother of three children; two teens and an adult son.

Hiya,

I'm doing fine thanks, working hard at trying to eat healthy. Hope your finding it a bit easier now your back in work - its always harder at home for me, as when I'm in work I can only eat at certain times of the day. It helps to keep me in a routine.
