Clearly, I'm not always successful.

My Goals:
- lose 50 lbs.

- increase my daily activity. Last year I bought a lot of new fitness equipment. This year, I want to actually use it.

- Less time on computer and television

- Add more fruits and vegetables to my diet

- Try to get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep.


My Program:

- Steadily increase my activity level

Hiya,

I'm doing fine thanks, working hard at trying to eat healthy. Hope your finding it a bit easier now your back in work - its always harder at home for me, as when I'm in work I can only eat at certain times of the day. It helps to keep me in a routine.

But don't worry about that one pound (it is after all a loss not a gain)
