Welcome to My World

My name is Jeanne. I''ve been on Sparkpeople a long time. I am stuck in the 160''s. I diet, I exercise, I lose some weight, then I stop. I regain my weight, then do it all over again, never going below 160. I always resolve to make it to my goal, but then something happens, I get off track, and I have to start over. My Goals:
-; Lose 5 lbs. a month

- I read an article in Prevention that said I should be getting at least 90 g of protein a day. I am lucky to hit 60. So my next goal is to really get that protein up without sacrificing calories.


- Try to get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep.


My Program:


- 3 days of cardio, 2 days weight training


- trying to get to 300 minutes per week

Hiya,

I'm doing fine thanks, working hard at trying to eat healthy. Hope your finding it a bit easier now your back in work - its always harder at home for me, as when I'm in work I can only eat at certain times of the day. It helps to keep me in a routine.
