My Goals:
-To look good for my trip to florida.
-To fit into my old clothing again.
-Feel better about going out to places.

My Program:
-Follow my workout calendar, and fit in other worksouts if available.
-Eat 1200 cal. a day and record everything i consume
-eat less junk food, and bread.

Other Information:
-I like watching TV and movies
-I love reading, such as Jane Austen, Meg Cabot books
-I love animals cat and a dog.

Hey there!

Thanks for calling me an inspiration, lol, I don't see myself like that at all.

As for how I lost the weight...I did it by tracking my nutrition religiously. I never cheated and tracked it almost every single day.

As for exercise, I didn't do much. I am just now starting to do toning exercises in order to tighten my now much thinner body up. :D
