Hi! I'm Jeanne! I had lost 76 pounds in less than a year with the help of SP and the support of the friends I've made on here! Then an immune system problem happened. I'm way up now but still down by 10.4 pounds. I am working with doctors on the problem with the immune system and things are slowly getting better but I'm still not able to cook for myself or exercise. I am not giving up though! I refuse to give in to depression and I know I can drop that weight now that I know how!! SP works and I love all the friends I've made on here who've continued to support me through all the difficulties!

UPDATE: I am back on SP now! I am starting slowly on the exercise due to being way out of shape. I am making healthy meals now for the most part and feeling better 4-5 days a week and good enough to post the other 2 so I'm ready to be on here and back at my goals!

Exercise Goal is 35minutes every other day.

My Program:
Exercising for 15 - 30 minutes 3 times a week. Eating as healthy as possible. Drinking my water.

    Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I found that article and I can see how it applies to me. Thanks. I have really big issues with self worth ....long story. But I work on it. Stress well life is stressful isn't it. Sometimes I just have to step back and take a deep breath. I went for my walk and listened to some feel good music. I am ready to face today. We will wait and see about tomorrow. One day at a time girl one day at a time. I am so glad you are back. emoticon emoticon

    Jeanie I perfectly understand about the chair exercises. Some days that is all I can do but I try to walk as much as I can. I am better but my back will always be a problem. Hugs and I'm trilled you are back and chair workouts really work you.
