My Goals:
Walk a mile in 15 minutes

Take my Glucose measurement daily.

Plan my meals, and exercise.


Ride Horses


My Program:
Walking 10 minutes a day working up to 20 minutes.

Making my testing a priority every morning and writing it down on my spark tracker.

Preparing daily meals so I don't have to think about what to make and serve.

Tracking my success as one day I will ride horses again.

Personal Information:
As a girl we lived in Calif. and as a preteen we lived in Klamath Falls Oregon, We then moved to the Willamette Valley and settled. I like walking, and day rides, The beach, and interesting places to visit.

Other Information:
I like to read mystery novels, westerns, sci fi, ( some of it) Movies, Rodeos,and Horse Gaming.
