Keeping motivated to exercise.

I can't seem to stay committed to an exercise progarm. I love to walk and do try to walk the bridge over the river in the Greenways. I also love to work out in my flowerbed. I have terrible eating habits, not enough fruits and veggies and to much sugar and breads.

My Goals:
To change my eating habits and lose 40 pounds. I want to never miss a day of doing some type of exercise.

My Program:
I am going to start off with walking. Surely to goodness I can make an effort to walk every day for 30 minutes.

Personal Information:
I am from East Nashville.

Other Information:
I love to cook - but hate cleaning up the mess! I enjoy reading on my porch and listening to music. I love the hot summers here in Nashville and enjoy boat riding on the river and trying to catch fish.
