I am planning on receiving my diving certification soon and that means squeezing into the sausage casing that is known as a wet suit, that's my main motivation is ...

and lots of cooking and preparing I have let that really get out of control and have been living like a bachelor with no food in my fridge! Time to start cooking again add veggies and lots of yummy breakfasts to start the day right.
I live in the DFW area and provide financial counseling for college students, which gives me lots of great stories!
I love to be outside and be involved in something. I am trying to get into yoga, to destress and focus (not to mention the exercise benfits of course)
I am about to run a half marathon (Dec. 5th) and hope to compete in more races soon!
