Like most of us here, you have a long journey ahead of you, try not to rush it. In your last blog you mention setting 10lb goals, that is perfect. When you set a big goal like 100 lbs, the small weekly losses don't seem that big and it's easy to get frustrated. But by setting small 10 lb goals, if you lose 3 lbs, you're about 1/3 the way to your goal! That makes you feel a lot better about what you're doing. So keep going after your goal, 10 lbs at a time and your personal journey should be a little easier, a little less frustrating. Best of luck to you. 1333 days ago
