I would like to get healthy & fit to live a better life.
Lose 15 lbs by end of the year.
At this point I am going one day at a time.
I have decide to take this nice & slow, I want to change my bad habits not just lose the weight. This is going to take me longer to lose the weight but I am hoping to make the good habits stick for life.
