Hi.. am from Southern Manitoba here. I was looking for a calorie counter and a community.. and hoping for a free website.. wow am glad I found Sparkpeople.. what a great website :)

My Goals:
My goal is to go from 218 lb to 140 lb
My goal is to not give up, even if I go backwards. And so, here I am, I've gone back some, but I've NOT given UP!

My Program:
28 Day Challenge
I want to:

1. do a minimum 30 minutes of cardio 5 times per week
2. one bootcamp exercise video every day
3. track my food - I now have a computer! woo hooo!
4. focus on my abs a minimum of two times per week
5. drink at least 4 cups of water per day - I know 6 is better, but right now, 4 is more than what I am doing, and I'm going for consistency, then increase later
6. Measure myself, and track my measurements and weight once a week (will have to buy a measuring tape as I can't seem to find mine :s)
