Allow me to introduce myself: My name is Sally, and I am a reSparker. This is my third serious attempt at losing weight.

What fuels the fire that spreads the Spark may be similar to other's, but because my life is my own life, what drives me to change is not what drives you to change. As I light myself a different fuse to keep a longer Spark this time around, I hope to achieve several small goals - all short term to lead to a larger picture - to feel those little big milestones of achievement and accomplishment - to help me get to my bigger picture. I have come a long way for somebody who has lived on earth for only twenty-five years. I intend on staying here longer, and I am reSparking the fuel in several small ways. Read my blogs to learn more about my story, and where I plan on going, and what motivates me every day to be better tomorrow. I love who I am, and what I am becoming, and want to share my journey with you! I want you to love you, too. But only you can do that, and TOGETHER we can make quite a team! My Goals:
I want to become the healthy version of myself that I never was. I chose to do this because I owe myself a good life. I have the good life, now I want the good health.

My Program:
I don't program. I am not a robot. I am human, so my plan as a human is to walk a vigorous four miles every other day, and dance my little tush off to Zumba all those OTHER days, because the funny thing about the beat of music, is that you can walk to it. Walking, on a good day, leads to dancing, and the next thing you know you're a singular prancing musical people hang their heads out the car windows to stare at and talk about. Little do they know those trails of bubbles and sunshine behind your trance are real. Yes. They. Are.

Personal Information:
I, like everybody else, change every day. Here I go again!

Other Information:
I have a tendency to suggest cloth band-aids over foam band-aids only because they hold better, and last longer.

I started noticing a difference in my pants when I had only lost a few pounds, but I had been working out for awhile so I lost fat and gained muscle. The seat of my pants hangs halfway to my knees (very annoying), but I haven't lost enough in my waist yet to be able to wear smaller pants.

Keep working at it! You'll notice a change soon! emoticon
