Back for another crack at it. Started 19th January and it feels like a normal part of life. It's mainly a matter of being organised. And if things that are unavoidable get in the way, not to worry too much but just get back to plan as soon as possible. Really want to get the weight off my feet. :)

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. G'Day and Welcome to our Chair Exercise Team.
We are a friendly and active team....

Although a majority of us are disabled, we do have members that just love to do the Chair Exercises.
We have several Challenges to join that are specifically designed to help you to track what you put in your mouth and also to track your exercise.
These are so important!.
By tracking your food you will be able to follow your Macro-Nutrients ... In essence you need to have a Ratio of Carbs 45.55% Fats 30-40% and Proteins should be 25-30% of your total foods ... This is what is known as a balanced diet!
This is so important for the Wellbeing and fitness of our bodies.

Please ask us if you need help .... we are all here for you.
