It is possible. Dot-to-Dot. Inch-by-Inch.
I ran away from Spark over a year ago when I struggled with the same pounds over and over again. I didn't mind blogging about the good times, or giving myself and others pep talks, but writing about my own struggles... not so much. Seeing my "failures" in writing...and sharing them with others...was embarrassing and painful. So, I took down my page and ran and hid. Um, duh. Cutting myself off was NOT the answer. Kinda like cutting off my nose to spite my face. So, I came out of hiding. ...

Seeing my "failures" in writing...and sharing them with others...was embarrassing and painful. So, I took down my page and ran and hid. Um, duh. Cutting myself off was NOT the answer. Kinda like cutting off my nose to spite my face. So, I came out of hiding. Although we all have different goals and different ideas on how we want to get there, the support here is invaluable. I have learned and implemented SO much from this site and the people who share on it. I am beyond thankful for others who, during both their highs AND their lows, hang in there and share their experiences. Thank you. Because large goals can seem too large and discouragement can easily sneek in I will make small goals. Like the title of my page says. Dot-to-Dot. Inch-by-Inch. **Highest weight ever: 276 (gained 100lbs in a year). **Stuck between 220-227 for several years. Gained and lost the same 7 lbs. until I thought I thought frustration would eat me alive. **FIRST GOAL MET!!! 200lbs. (9-23-2010) Who knew that reaching 200 pounds could make me giggle with joy! This has been my goal since the 220-227lbs. marathon. WOOT WOOT!!!! Next goal --- 190lbs. "Onederland"
