This journey isn't easy. No one says it will be. It is gonna be work, hard work. Are you gonna wimp your way through life and let food knock you down??? It's food. It is not a bear or a hurricane. It can't hurt you unless you **let** it hurt you. Are you gonna stand up and say that for one day you are in control or are you gonna dwell on the fact that overall perfection is unobtainable, so why try?
Go for one day spark streaks. I don't care if they come in a row or not. Practice being really good for one whole day. That's where to start. After you become practiced at one day streaks try for a two day streak. All you have to do is start.
