Haha---I was looking up Goi Ga (sp?) on the food database here, to add to my food tracker, and I saw your entry. The name rang a bell, and I realized it was my old "teammate"!

Still here, still plugging away. (I tell myself it's better than giving up, though I regained half the weight I lost.) I've restarted a lot, but I guess I need to be more committed.

Good Morning, Blue....I know you can do it...we all have set backs, but we don't all try again. That is the secret...it would be so easy to just quit trying, but you are stronger than that. I have not been very active this winter...but when it gets warm again; I'll be out in the flower beds working my brains out. For now, I'm happy to be holding my own against the "fat threat"...You've had some changes in your life new home, new job....as the stress settles some ; you will be able to concentrate on yourself a bit more. Use that food tracker...drink that water!! Take care Sharon
