Good news/bad news. In my first round with SP, I lost 15 pounds pretty easily. Then, I stopped tracking, got distracted and gained back about 6 pounds. Then, I tried "intuitive" eating. Hah. But, the good news is that I did manage to keep off the first 9-10 pounds and maintain at that level for about a year. So now I'm determined to ditch the other 30 or so pounds I need to lose.
