I realized at 147lbs that I was unhappy with my weight. Now, many people would be envious of me weighing "only" 147, but I realized that if I kept eating the way I did (not bad foods, just too much of it) and not exercising like I should, then that 147 was going to keep creeping up until I was overweight. I feel better about myself and that extends to all the parts of my life. 125lbs (or less!) here I come!

My Goals:
I would like to be back into my size 7 jeans that are currently in storage. I want to be healthier, stronger, and just better in general.

My Program:
I switched from the 30DS to P90X! I do this 6 days a week while eating clean whole foods within my calorie range. I don't deny myself. If I want a treat, I make it a small one. I find that I don't want a huge serving of dessert or candy anymore. That's a good thing :)

hey! thanks for checking on me :) doing good - got a trainer, so he has been pushing me harder than i usually push myself. its nice to have a professional around - i'm a lot more confident in my movements knowing that he is monitoring me. my only problem is that since i have started strength training, im having a hard time getting all of my cardio in because im so sore/exhausted. its always something, haha! if you have any tips on how to work through the soreness to get all my cardio in, im all ears!!

Thanks so much for your feedback!! Your approach seems similar to mine except I guess I should really increase my calorie intake. How many days a week on average (and how long per session) were you working out when you were actively losing weight? For the past two-three weeks I have been active 6x's per week at different levels of intensity and different lengths of time.

Hi,
The lip balm came in today, it was awesome, I have to use special stuff from the doctor, but I have trouble finding some for hubby, so I got it for him. He usually doesn't like flavored, just plain, but Orange is his favorite flavor so I got it for him. He seems to love it.
