Yep - starting again - I want to lose 13 pounds before training for the 2013 triathlon season gets into full swing. New this year will be Olympic distance races and my first marathon!

Update -- Goal 2 added to lose an additional 7 for a total of 20 by May 31st!

Update 2 - Goal 2 changed to lose 3 more pounds for a total of 23 by May 31st - Score!

Update 3 - Goal 3 added - lose another 5 pounds by July 31st for a total loss of 28 pounds. How was I ...

Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting on my Pasadena HM Blog. Appreciate your comments and I plan to continue with my Marathon training plan and see how it goes. I see you are planning to do an Olympic Tri this year.I have done Sprint Tri's and am also thinking maybe an Olympic. I am a pretty weak swimmer so that is where I would need to focus. Welcome to the Multisport team! Glad you joined us. Check out the team page for challenges that you can sign up for at anytime. Also, go to our forum page to see the current mileage challenge and sign up for that too - doesn't matter if you sign up in the middle of the month.
