Fit & Healthy

Ever since I can remember , I've had an issue with my weight. I really don't want it to be an issue any longer, so my ultimate goal is to finally get fit, healthy and strong and most importantly stay that way. I know it is going to be a struggle, though, because I'm an emotional eater, eating when I'm bored, stressed, etc. Over the years I had lost 60 pounds from my heaviest weight, but I had since gained some of it back. I really don't want it to be an issue any longer, so my ultimate goal is to finally get fit, healthy and strong and most importantly stay that way. I know it is going to be a struggle, though, because I'm an emotional eater, eating when I'm bored, stressed, etc. Over the years I had lost 60 pounds from my heaviest weight, but I had since gained some of it back. My goal now is to lose 20 pounds. The weight comes off much slower now, which is frustrating being the impatient person that I am. In this process I really would like to finally find that balance between staying active, working out and eating healthy that no longer is a struggle but becomes a natural way of life.

- decrease calories by healthy amount.
- strength train two times per week.
