I think I joined this site around 6 years ago? Somewhere along the way I eventually got to my goal weight. Thanks in huge part to Sparkpeople and getting my butt moving. The switch to a non-sedentary job and dietary restrictions from health problems gave it the final push. About 18 months ago I backslid to some less healthy eating. Combine that with lack of exercise and I'm now feeling quite unhealthy.

I just want to be healthier physically and mentally. I'm not ...

I just want to be healthier physically and mentally. I'm not particularly interested in a goal weight, but have set it at 65kg simply as a point that I don't want to go below.

Hi! I was wondering if we'd see you again. Yay you reaching your goal, your pic you look tiny in!! I'm good, losing slowly some weeks and more others but getting towards my goal. I've moved on from turbo jam and do turbo fire now which is quite a bit more intense but I LOVE IT!! (well I still have days where I procrastinate but hey only human!)

I so get what you are on about in your latest blog. My last few blogs have been full of "i'll do this challenge" and "i'll eat this many calories" and all sorts of other wishes basically but I need to actually do something about it. I reckon it's hard in winter but I also think its a great time to work on it. Summer is still like 20 weeks away and think of the changes we could make in that time if we could just find the motivation....

Haha only just got your comment on my page lol!! Goes to show how often I check this thing these days! Only really come on here to track my weight, cant be bothered with food tracking etc. Im SOOOO stoked that my weight is FINALLY going down!! I put it down to coming off a medication at the beginning of the year. My weight has plummeted from about 160kg since then!!

Hey chick! Thanks for you comment on my blog! I was using the elliptical at my old house. Its in storage now :( So Im getting into the whole Zumba craze. I can see why its a craze! 45-60mins before I want to fall over instead of like 10min on the elliptical lol!!
