I so get what you are on about in your latest blog. My last few blogs have been full of "i'll do this challenge" and "i'll eat this many calories" and all sorts of other wishes basically but I need to actually do something about it. I reckon it's hard in winter but I also think its a great time to work on it. Summer is still like 20 weeks away and think of the changes we could make in that time if we could just find the motivation.... 2417 days ago

Only really come on here to track my weight, cant be bothered with food tracking etc. Im SOOOO stoked that my weight is FINALLY going down!! I put it down to coming off a medication at the beginning of the year. My weight has plummeted from about 160kg since then!! 2500 days ago
Hey chick! Thanks for you comment on my blog! I was using the elliptical at my old house. Its in storage now :( So Im getting into the whole Zumba craze. I can see why its a craze! 45-60mins before I want to fall over instead of like 10min on the elliptical lol!!
