Progress not perfection. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. These are some of the things I'm learning and growing in. I'm not where I want to be, however I'm not where I was. I've tried the diet pills & starvation. This is only a temporary fix. The long term change for me is in getting to the core of my emotional eating. I'm willing to face what "eats away" at me.

My Goals:
Maintain, maintain, maintain. Morderation and portion control are habits I'm learning. Keep turning to yogurt rather than ice cream; fruit rather than an cookie. Run 3 x's per week. Do yoga 3 x's per week. Hike 1 day per week.
My Program:
I come here on a regular basis to be held accountable and find encouragement. I run in the morning, do yoga DVD 2 x's per week. Go to yoga class once a week. Do Strength train at least twice per week.
Personal Information:
I live in Alamogordo, NM. I'm 52 and 5'5" I enjoy reading, crocheting, and doing volunteer work. I am disabled so I have much time to enjoy, but have to watch the mindless boredoum eating. I am very active in the AA program.
Other Information:
My all time favorite movie is "Ever After" with Drew Barrymore. I'm reading "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" I'm working an afgan. called "Rose of Sharon" for a friend.
