Hello.
I started June 5, and have lost 12.5 pounds. I dropped my diuretic with my Dr.'s permission, as my blood pressure dropped with the high potassium, low sodium diet. I am eating lots of food, feeling great, and people are starting to notice. it hasn't even been a month, and I am so happy with the SPARK program. it's the best ever !

I am loosing an average of quarter inch every 3 days on my waist. I closely monitor what I eat, and am trying to incorporate nutritional reccomendastions for a nutritional book written by a cancer survivor's dau. The book uses Biblical principles to teach you to eat what was designed for our bodies, and how to combat all the chemicals and preservatives in our food today. emoticon

I am working on The Flat Belly Diet along with the Spark program and this is helping. I can see changes , and this is encouraging. I have increased my exercise and am doing sprints on the bike as part of my cardio workout at the gym. emoticon

Hi. I have returned and need to loose around 20 pounds. I exercise at the gym and have developed a good dietary program. I need encouragement and hope to buddy up with someone with the same goals . I am a granny of 6, married, a Christian, and retired nurse. I like to sew , quilt, sing, and paint.

Congrats on getting healthier! That is the real payoff for watching what we eat and exercising. I hope you continue to get more and more healthy! It will show as you are finding out!
