WELCOME FRIENDS!!
A lil "BRIT" about me. Born in the UK, teens in TX, and now living in Sunny AZ. Married (happily) 4 grown children, 2 grand kids, and 2 more on the way. A few years ago I weighed 140. What happened--WHAT HAPPENED?????? I guess many things but suffice it to say I have gained 70 lbs since then. Whew! -----That's frightening to admit. (sniff sniff)
The big shirt, the skirts, the layering, they're all cover-ups. I don't want to cover up anymore. I work ...

The big shirt, the skirts, the layering, they're all cover-ups. I don't want to cover up anymore. I work from home so sitting in front of my computer has become a habit. And worst of all, my puter is right next to the kitchen. Get the picture? Well, NO MORE! Just got to eat less, eat smarter and get this body movin again! [Breathing deeply]--- HERE I GO!

My Goals:
I would like to get healthy, [been having some heart issues lately] and like everyone else here, loose about 70 lbs. I'd like to be able to hike some trails at our ranch in Prescott AZ.
My Program:
Eat less, exercise more. That's all there is really......
Personal Information:
Happily married with 4 children, one grandson and another on the way. I live in the "valley of the sun" AZ. I love life and want to be able to live it. This extra weight is holding me down!
