Hey there! Thanks for adding me :) Yes I thought the first week I was just going to die! My lungs hurt, my calves felt like they were on fire and I was slower than molasses! But I promise you, if you stick with it, it will get easier! You will look back at the first week and think "why did I think that was so hard?"
I will say that I have not completely finished the program, and when I compete in 5Ks I am still doing a combo of walk/jog but my time has improved with every one. Also, don't get frustrated if you feel like you need to stay at the same week because you aren't ready to move on. That's ok and you need to listen to what your body is trying to tell you.

I haven't been to active and I have put on weight....You had me trying the splits...Ya I can still do them...It took me a while to warm up enough to do them though....I am stiff today, hehehehe....OK Girlfriend let,s get ourselves ready for the finale- We are Done!!!!
