I started watching what I ate in February of 2007 when I weighed 243 lbs. and decided it was time to make a change. I started eating very low fat and weighed 158 lbs. by the end of the year 2007. I haven't gained any back except for a few lbs. here and there but I always manage to take it right back off!

My Goals:
I would love to weigh 143 lbs. so I could say I've lost 100 lbs. total but I think 143 lbs. is too low of a weight for me. I think 150 lbs. would be ideal. I'd like to make healthy eating a lifestyle and not gain a here and there and have to actually "diet" again off and on.
My Program:
I'm eating low fat, enjoying what I eat and trying new things. I love making any recipe and making it low-fat. There are few recipes that can't be made healthy and it's exciting when you realize how great they tase and you've prepared it in a very healthy way.
