My biggest struggle is that my husband could eat anythign he wants and doesnt gain weight, but I stared to make seperate meals for us or ill eat smaller portions. I want to work out so bad, but I havent been able to find a gym close enough where I can go before work, bc I am goign to school at night so is hard to find the time. So far I;ve been counting calories, but I want to find a set diet to follow. You've done great on your weight loss, congrats, I am sure you'll reach your goal by the summer! 3183 days ago
I am new to SP, I saw your page and we weight about the same and have the same goals, maybe we can motivate eachother and share ideas. This was my first week and I lost 2 pounds, I want to feel good about myself without having to tuck in my stomach at the beach, hehehehe.. Well hope tp hear from you..

You can do this! I know you can! These next few weeks are going to be hard, but we'll make it. We'll try our best at eating, and if we don't track every single item, that's okay! Maybe try tracking to a certain number, and then not tracking dinner if you eat at home. Or just picking what seems healthy, and doing an exercise! We can do this! Don't give up on me now! :-)
