Blodwedd returns
having been a spark member from 2008-2010 and having lost the drsired weight and reached my goal of dress size 12 weight 69 kg the weight went on again and I began to look older more tired. Then I had a couple of emotional setbacks and started turning to comfort food , fatal, so I am taking my self in hand so to speak, and sort this life issue out , dont know about other people my weight always reflects what s going on in side x
