Lose 10 pounds in 2012

I lost 10 pounds last year and kept it off... and had a goal to lose another 10 in 2012. Have been working on it since January with only limited success. Every diet plan I have tried this year has not worked. I have more to loose than 10 pounds but felt the need to break my overall goal into more manageable chunks. Lose 10 pounds and maintain - check. Lose another 10 pounds.... working on it!
