It's not whether you get knocked down; it's whether you get up.

I have been knocked down but I"m back up again ready to move forward in full force. I know I can do it and I want this more than ever..I only need to lose about 10 lbs and I want to tone up and look and feel good. I am just not myself and not happy with the way I look and that has a serious impact on the way that i feel, act, and my outlook. I have been going to the gym 3x's a week for an hour each time. I have a great gym partner. I just got accepted into the program and school that I ...
I have been knocked down but I"m back up again ready to move forward in full force. I know I can do it and I want this more than ever..I only need to lose about 10 lbs and I want to tone up and look and feel good. I am just not myself and not happy with the way I look and that has a serious impact on the way that i feel, act, and my outlook. I have been going to the gym 3x's a week for an hour each time. I have a great gym partner. I just got accepted into the program and school that I wanted. However, it is 1.5 hour commute each way and that may cut into my gym time. :/ I hope I can atleast work out there if nothing else!

the main thing that I want to start again are:
no soda
less beer or liquor- still allow wine within reason
high protein-more fish
less carbs- no binging on bread, pasta, pizza

Jog/Run a mile each time I go to the gym
back extensions on ball
wood chops
row/alternate sides obliques
tricep extensions
hip abductions (both ways)
work butt machine (lol)
calfs on leg press
thighs on leg press
arm machines
power stack-abs
crunches on ball
standing ab exercises...
thats what I am alternating for now.
